Spicy Barbecue Sauce
Serves:
1-1/2 Cups

Ingredients
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 Tbsp finely minced onion
2 Tbsp prepared mustard
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp hot sauce
Method
In a blender, combine all ingredients until smooth. Place mixture in a small saucepan and bring to a boil, then simmer for 5-10 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.
