Spicy Hummos

Spicy Hummos

Serves: 8

Ingredients
32 oz garbanzo beans
1-1/2 cups tahineh
1 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 mashed head garlic
1 Tbsp salt
1 hot pepper
Finely chopped olive oil

Method
Drain and rinse beans. Purée in food processor; add tahineh, lemon juice, parsley and garlic. Add salt and hot pepper, blend well. Add enough olive oil until smooth.
 
Serve with crackers or cut veggies.
