Spicy Lime and Cilantro Turkey Fajitas
A fresh new taste for a house classic brings this South-of-the-Boarder signature home.

Serves: 4

Ingredients
1 lb Elite Deli-Style Turkey Breast
4 limes
1 cup non-fat imitation sour cream
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro 
4 oz can drained green chilies
4 pita rounds, cut in half
1 plum tomato, seeded and finely chopped
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 cup shredded lettuce

Method
Slice turkey on the diagonal into 1/4" slices and squeeze limes over it.
 
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine sour cream, onions, cilantro, chilies, tomato, black pepper and cayenne pepper.
 
To serve: Fill each pita half with turkey and top with sour cream sauce. Add shredded lettuce.
