Spicy Sausage Chile

Spicy Sausage Chile

Ingredients
2 lbs spicy sausage, cut in 1/4" slices
2 tsp oil
1 (30 oz) can black beans
1-1/2 qts chili without beans
1 lb cooked and drained chili beans
1 cup chunky salsa

Method
In a large heavy pan, brown turkey sausage in hot oil 8 to 10 minutes or until cooked. Add black beans, chili, white beans and salsa. Blend well. Bring to serving temperature 160 degrees F.
 
Garnish with diced red or green onion, sour cream, grated cheese, chopped ripe olives, diced tomato, thinly sliced tortilla strips, fried crisp or chopped cilantro.
 
Serve over cooked hot rotini for a Chili Mac.
