An easy to make appetizer that is perfect for special events, as well as ongoing appetizers features.

Ingredients
1 lb cut-up Velveeta Light
14-1/2 oz whole drained tomatoes
10 oz spinach, frozen, chopped, thawed and drained
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Method
Microwave Velveeta and tomatoes in a 1 quart microwavable bowl on high for five minutes or until cheese is completely melted.
Stir after 2 minutes.
