Stir Fried Mixed Vegetables

Stir Fried Mixed Vegetables
Great for meatless menus or patrons who are health conscious, this healthy grab bag of veggies stars cabbage, carrots, broccoli, snow peas and mushrooms. Tossed in a light soy sauce with herbs.

Ingredients
1-1/2 cup cabbage, cut bite size
6 broccoli, cut bite size
10 snow pea, ends clipped
10 carrots, sliced across
2 asparagus, cut to 1" lengths
3 halved mushroom
1/2 cup green and red bell chilies, slices lengthways
4 baby corn
1/4 cup thinly sliced mushroom
1/2 cup bean sprouts, clipped both ends
2 tsp chopped garlic
4 Tbsp cooking oil
1 Tbsp dark soy sauce
2 Tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp ground pepper

Method
Fly the garlic in the oil and add the cabbage, broccoli, snow peas, carrot, asparagus, mushroom, chilies, baby corn, and ear mushrooms and sauté.
 
Add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce and bean sprouts, and stir fry until mixed well.
 
Spoon up onto platter and sprinkle with ground pepper.
