Method
Heat oil in wok or large skillet. Stir-fry sirloin, garlic, and mushrooms until meat is browned. Pour into large bowl.
Add salad mix, pepper, broccoli, cauliflower, chili, lemon grass, cashews, and 1/2 cup dressing; toss to mix.
Heap onto large round platter. Arrange kumquats around edge of platter.
