Method
Cut and clean bell pepper. Baste with 1 Tbsp vinegar, garlic, and salt. Broil at 400 degrees F for about 4 to 5 minutes. Check often to avoid burning.
Caper Sauce: In food processor, combine 1/2 Tbsp vinegar, 5 Tbsp oil, dry Parmesan cheese, capers, and pepper. Blend well.
Fill bell pepper with Signature Carnival Blend and dress with caper sauce.
