Sweet Corn Salsa

Ingredients
40 oz flame-roasted sweet corn & peppers
14 oz canned black beans, canned, drained & rinsed
4 Tbsp minced fresh cilantro
3 oz olive oil
1 oz lime juice
1/2 oz kemon juice
1-1/2 oz fresh serrano chili, seeded & minced
1 oz honey
1/2 tsp salt

Method
Place olive oil into large sauté pan and heat. Add Flame-Roasted Sweet Corn & Peppers and heat until external temperature of product has reached 160 degrees F.
 
Place above mixture in stainless bowl and add all other ingredients, cool and cover with plastic wrap. Let flavors marry for at least 3 hours.
