Sweetheart Cheesecake
A simple, little dessert guaranteed to satisfy a sweet tooth! Great for coffee shops and bakeries, or restaurants with desserts to go.

Method
In small microwave-safe bowl, microwave cream on HIGH 1 minute or until boiling. Add chopped chocolate and vanilla; stir until chocolate is melted and sauce is smooth, glossy and slightly thickened. Drizzle some of the warm chocolate sauce over 6 dessert plates. Place cheesecake wedges on plates; drizzle with remaining chocolate sauce. Garnish each plate with a candy.
