Method
Cook pasta as package directs; drain. Rinse well; drain. Toss with sesame oil. Heat vegetable oil in large saute pan. Add shiitakes and garlic; stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes. Add pea pods and bell peppers; stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in teriyaki sauce and rice vinegar; simmer 1 minute. Pour over pasta; toss with peanuts and cilantro.
Per Serving: Serve immediately as a hot side dish or cover and chill to use as a salad. To serve, place approximately 1 cup on serving plate.
