Traditional Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
2 gals water
2 Tbsp sea salt
3 lbs SuperSlices
3 Tbsp butter or margarine
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/2 cup sour cream (light)

Method
Bring water to boil, add salt and SuperSlices. Reduce heat to simmer after boil returns, cook 12 minutes total; drain. Let potatoes stand for 2 minutes. Add butter, salt, pepper and sour cream to potatoes. Mash to even consistency.
 
Lamb-Weston Salad Dices can be substituted for the SuperSlices; cooking time reduced to 6 minutes. Options: Yogurt or milk can be substituted for sour cream.
