Method
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease a heavy baking sheet.
In a mixing bowl, mix the flour and the sugar. Add the egg whites and mix well. Mix in the melted butter. Incorporate the lemon peel, the juice of one lemon and the peanuts.
Using a teaspoon, spoon the batter onto the baking sheet making small, round, flat shapes about 2" apart. Bake for 6-8 minutes or until golden around the edges.
With a spatula, immediately remove the tuiles from the baking sheet and either place them in a tuile pan or drape them over a rolling pin to shape them until cool.
