Method
Combine mustard and sour cream. For each sandwich, spread 1 oz of mustard sour cream on one side of two slices of bread.
Place 3/4 oz of bacon on bottom slice of bread and top with 2-1/2 oz of tomato, 1/2 oz of blue cheese, 2-1/2 oz of turkey and 1/2 oz of lettuce.
Cover with top slice of bread and cut in half on a bias.
