Turkey Focaccia Sandwich with Basil Salsa
Delicious, shaved slices of turkey breast meat, layered with Provolone cheese and lettuce served on foccacia and garnished with a spicy Basil Salsa.

Ingredients
2 (8.81 oz) Focaccia bread loaves
2-3 washed & dried lettuce leaves
3/4 lb shaved Madrona Market Sliced Smoked Turkey Breast
4 oz shaved provolone cheese
Method
On large plate, place one focaccia loaf upside down.
Arrange lettuce over focaccia and top with turkey, Basil Salsa and cheese. Place remaining focaccia loaf over top.
To serve, slice into 6 wedges.
