Method
Arrange Ranch Recipe Wedge Cuts in full steam table pan (20" x 12" x 4"). Toss with oil.
Combine oregano, garlic, pepper, cheese and basil. Sprinkle over potatoes.
Bake at 400 degrees F (convection oven) for 30 minutes or at 450 degrees F (conventional oven) for 37 minutes, or until golden brown.
Yield: 30 servings.
