Method
Sprinkle chopped apple with lemon juice. In large bowl combine apple, cabbage, pineapple and grapes; toss lightly.
In small bowl, combine sour cream, sugar, 1 tsp lemon juice and salt; mix well. Pour sour cream mixture over cabbage mixture; toss until well coated.
Cover; refrigerate. Before serving, sprinkle with nuts.
Yields: (16) 1/2-cup servings.
