Method
Use this as a cake topping instead of regular frosting.
Combine oil and brown sugar in sauce pan. Bring to boil and boil gently 2 minutes. Add walnuts, coconut and milk. Stir constantly and boil one minute more. Remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla. Spread topping on cooled cake and broil 6 inches from heat 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned. Watch carefully to avoid scorching.
