3 cups seeded and chopped watermelon1/2 cup green peppers2 Tbsp lime juice1 Tbsp chopped cilantro1 Tbsp green onion1-2 Tbsp jalapeño peppers
Combine ingredients; mix well and cover. Refrigerate 1 hour or more. Makes 3 cups. Serve with chips or as a garnish for chicken and fish.
