White Chocolate Cups with Blueberry Fool & Lemon Trifle

Ingredients
1 qt heavy cream
1-1/3 cups granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup sweetened whipped cream
2-1/4 cups Signature Medium Blueberries
1/2 cup lemon pound cake

Method
For Blueberry Fool, beat cold heavy cream in mixer on high speed, gradually adding sugar to soft peak stage. Reduce speed to medium high and add vanilla. Beat until fully whipped.
 
Remove bowl from mixer and gently fold in 2 cups Signature Medium Blueberries. Fill 1 white chocolate chip cup with mixture to the top.
 
For Lemon Trifle, cut up pound cake and place in 1 white chocolate cup. Fold lemon zest into sweetened whipped cream or use lemon curd. Fill 1 white chocolate cup with mixture to the top. Top with 1/2 cup Signature Blueberries.
 
Place desserts side by side on a large dinner plate and drizzle plate with blueberry simple syrup.
 
Makes 4 - 6 servings depending on size of cup.
 
Four white chocolate tulip cups may be purchased if you do not wish to make them on your own.
