Zesty Vegetable Spread


	Ingredients 1 cup fat-free ranch dressing 4 oz low-fat softened cream cheese 2 Tbsp lemon juice 4 chopped Signature Eggs, hard cooked 2 Tbsp grated carrots 2 Tbsp chopped green onions 2 Tbsp chopped mushrooms 2 Tbsp chopped radishes

Method

In a medium bowl or food processor, combine dressing, cream cheese, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.

Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve as a spread with crackers or as a dip for fresh vegetables.

Makes 2 cups.
