Method
Cook rice mix according to package directions; keep warm. Drain beans, reserving 2 Tbsp of liquid. Combine beans, reserved liquid, lime juice, chili powder, and cumin in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated; stir in 1 Tbsp of cilantro.
Serve beans over rice; sprinkle with remaining cilantro. Garnish with sour cream, green onions and cilantro, if desired.
