Method
Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease and flour two loaf pans. In a large mixing bowl, combine oil, eggs, water, and pumpkin. Using a wire whisk, whip to blend thoroughly. Sprinkle in flour and when well blended, add salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, baking soda and sugar. Fold in to incorporate the ingredients, then add the raisins and pecans. Pour the mixture into the loaf pans and bake for 1 hour.
MAKES: 2 loaves.
