Ingredients

1 peeled banana
1 cup Sun Rich pineapple chunks
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup ice cubes
2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp coconut extract
Pineapple chunks for garnish

Method

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into glasses and garnish with pineapple chunk.
