CHARR provides the following training opportunities: Training Schedule ServSafe® Essentials Certification Course-
The most recognized food safety training program in the United States. More than two million professionals have been certified through the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Examination. The ServSafe examination has been nationally recognized by the Conference for Food Protection (CFP).  Training Schedule TAM (Techniques of Alcohol Management) TAM is an educational program developed by the licensed beverage industry in conjunction with liquor control, law enforcement, highway safety and substance abuse organizations. Created in 1982 , TAM has proven extremely effective at increasing point of sale prevention efforts in the areas of underage purchases, identification procedures in both tobacco and alcohol serving of intoxicated customers, and recognition of third party sales.

The Service Employee Training Program consists of monthly Instructor and Employee handbooks containing detailed information on a variety of topics pertinent to foodservice. They are designed to provide 20-30 minute training sessions to help improve employee performance and increase customer service. Additionally, they assist in meeting state and federal training requirements. Check out this list of 2010 training topics.
