Our customers are singing the praises of FSA Associates. We wanted to share a few with you. “FSA has been such a joy to work with. I have been with Poet Street Market for 17 years and have seen FSA grow and change over the years. They have always been a pleasure to work with; they have a great staff from our sales representative, to the ladies at will-call and the guys in the warehouse. Their customer service goes above and beyond. I really appreciate everything that FSA does for our community!” Rachel Handley, Manager Poet Street Market “Our FSA Driver arrived in some adverse weather conditions, the dirt road was very muddy and several trucks had gotten stuck in the mud. We actually have a semi-tow truck standing by just in case. While most rush around in bad weather, trying to stay dry, your driver took the time to park on the road, walk the route into the camp and only then did he make the decision to drive in and what route he would take to turn around. He showed outstanding situational awareness for his own safety, the safety of camp personnel and his vehicle.” Bryan Moore, Safety & Service, Sodexo “I was doing some paperwork and I thought it would be nice to give you a call and let you know what a nice staff you have there (at FSA). Our sales representative is such a pleasure to work with, she is very professional and always fulfilling our needs. I really enjoy working with her here in the Kitchen. Our drivers are very pleasing gentlemen and always willing to help us out as well. I just thought today, Sunday the 29th would be a good day to think about everything that is going on and the people who surround us and help us do a good job here at Trial Lawyers College. We appreciate all your service your staff has done for us, your company has done a fine job! We just wanted to tell them to keep up the good work; we know they will… and that you are running a fine company. Take Care...” Gerald Payne, Trial Lawyers College in Dubois, Wyoming “I must tell you how good my driver out of FSA Billings really is. I can count on him to be at my store on time or earlier. He is Efficient, polite, and a pleasure to have deliver to us. What is nice is I always know that I can count on him. Know that you have something special with him – and he is a big part of why I buy from FSA.” FSA Customer, Cody, Wyoming
“I am I writing this e mail to express my thanks to FSA and the employees whom I deal with on a regular basis. This past summer (2010) we had our busiest and most profitable summer yet. I attribute the success our staff and in part to the partnership which I have developed with FSA over the years. Our FSA sales associate has helped with so many aspects of the business from menu ideas to pricing. He always conducts & dresses in a professional manner which is necessary in a business environment.
The next individual I'd like to address is our FSA driver. This man is truly a gem. 12 months a year he shows up like clockwork with a smile on his face. He is always very careful conscience with everything I order when he unloads and puts it in the cafe. This past summer I injured my back and the cafe was crowded and we were just "maxed out" as a staff and Scott helped me load stuff into the freezer which was extremely helpful.
The last person I need to mention is our FSA sale replacement when our sales representative is unable to make it to the cafe. For years, I worked as a substitute teacher and I know first-hand how hard to it is to "walk in someone else's shoes". I never feel as if I'm dealing with a "sub", he handles everything perfectly.” Debbie DeGraaf, Holwin Hounds Cafe
"I wanted to take this opportunity to let your company know how pleased I am with the service that Food Service of America has given me over the past 10 years, where I have been employed as the Executive Chef at St. John’s Lutheran Ministries. My Sales Associate has been with me for several years, she goes above and beyond all of my expectations, by following up on special orders and special requests, she always answers my questions and returns my phone calls promptly. But that goes for all of the FSA Staff, I have dealt with just about everyone at FSA; will call, IT, the beverage department, produce, protein, to the truck driver who delivers the Food to our facility, just to mention a few of your staff and I can tell you that I have worked with just about everyone at FSA. Your customer service is outstanding for several reasons, their dedication to excellent, customer service, and the commitment to the partnership that FSA has developed with St. John’s Lutheran Ministries.
I sincerely appreciate all of your team at FSA, they do an outstanding job!" Don Peters, Executive Chef, St. John’s Lutheran Ministries
"Food Services of America is an outstanding, truly “customer first” company. I have had the pleasure of dealing closely with the Billings, Montana branch of FSA for the past eight years. St John’s Lutheran Ministries is a unique and innovative organization, with complex and ever changing needs. As we expanded our campus building 'Greenhouse' long term care cottages eight years ago, we literally stepped into an unknown world. At the time, there was only one prototype in existence we could look at as a model. Even with that, there was no model for training universal type workers how to prepare and cook food. You director of business development, who fills the role of Corporate Chef for Billings FSA, worked closely with your Ameristar representative, myself and Chef Don Peters from St. John’s, to basically build a detailed culinary training program from the bottom up. FSA donated countless hours, dollars and resources to help us get those first two cottages open. We had to do it all over again when we opened the next five cottages. Now, here in the Spring of 2011, we are once again doing culinary training, with the support of FSA for the folks working in our cottages.
We have a prime vendor contract with Food Services of America and I have always felt confident that we are getting the best pricing possible from them. They are honest and above board in the way they do business and there exists mutual trust in this relationship we have. We get the most responsive and timely service one could wish for from our sales associate. She is upbeat, genuine and eager to please. Her District Manager maintains close contact with me and I have appreciated his help in facilitating many projects over the years. The President of the Billings Branch also maintains close contact and has been very supportive of the St. Johns organization. There are many, many others at FSA, who have helped us immensely over the years!
This relationship is mutually beneficial. As we have grown and learned, so too has FSA. Our relationship is much deeper and more complex than just being about a customer and a food supplier. This is a unique partnership that continues to grow and flourish as both organizations move forward." Gary K. Morgan, General Manager of Nutrition Services, St. John’s Lutheran Ministries, Billings, MT
