Nathan Stromberg

BUSINESS RESOURCE MANAGER

Nathan Stromberg has over 20 years of experience in the restaurant and food service industry. He has experience running small farm to table concepts as well as large scale dining and catering operations feeding over 3000 meals per day. Nathan has over 5 years’ experience developing and implementing training curriculum for operators and food service distribution associates. Combining knowledge from years in the restaurant industry with his experience in food distribution allows him to offer a unique perspective and align relevant resources to solve many of the needs that operators strive to overcome.

Stew Navarre

CULINARY ADVISOR

Stew Navarre has over 16 years in the hospitality industry from multi-unit high volume restaurants, modern fine dining, on/off premise catering and as a private estate chef. Most recently he was the Executive Chef of a downtown Seattle restaurant group serving everything from farm-to-table Northwest cuisine, to European gastropub fare, and casual Mexican fusion . Our Chef received an A.O.S. in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, NY as well as a B.S. in Restaurant Management from the University of Houston.

Andy Cook

BUSINESS SOLUTIONS OPERATIONS ADVISOR

Andy has spent 30 years in the hospitality industry working in nearly all levels. He has worked in QSRs, Full Service and Fine Dining Restaurants from New York and Philadelphia to Portland and Seattle. Most recently Andy has worked as a Sr. Communications and Marketing Consultant for the Washington Hospitality Association. With the WHA Andy has been able to help operators through the recession, understand the ACA role out, effectively manage social media, discover new marketing channels, adapt to changing generational shifts in the workforce, and understand our ever expanding local and statewide regulations.

Derek Bugge

PRODUCE SPECIALIST

Derek is the author of an award winning cookbook and has had multiple appearances on the Food Network. After graduating from Western Culinary Institute he began his culinary career in Portland Oregon working as a sous chef and banquet chef of a prominent bar and grill, and country club. He then made the move back to the Seattle area working at Cactus Restaurant in Kirkland as their Executive Sous Chef managing over 20 employees, ordering, inventory control, budgeting and forecasting as well as new employee training. Over the last three years Derek has been the Executive Chef of 99 Park and 2120 Restaurant, most recently he was the Executive Sous Chef of Ascend Prime Steak and Sushi in Bellevue.
