He spent 18 years with S & P Meats and the last 18 years with Food Service of America, lending his expertise to both meats and seafood. He has been a Sales Associate, Category Manager, Business Development Manager, District, Regional and Merchandising Manager. Our guy knows meats. Our Produce Specialist has worked 30 years in the foodservice and produce industry, the last eight as a part of the FSA family. Our "Produce Guy"works with customers to control food cost while providing high quality products to support exciting menu offerings. His ultimate goal is helping our customer base build a profitable business. Our Expert in Disposables has over 30 years of experience in foodservice distribution, from the pacific NW to Hawaii. He has advised and assisted in all aspects of broadline foodservice distribution from the kitchen to the table. His categories are in Disposables, Beverage, Janitorial, Oil/ Shortening and Supply/Equipment. Our Supplies & Equipment Expert started working in restaurants in 1973, working up from dishwasher to chef. He started in the Supply and Equipment business in 1982, coming to work for FSA in January of 1996. His mission is to supply our customers with the best value and identify the best products for their Supply and Equipment needs. Our Chemical/Beverage Expert has been selling chemicals and dish machines for 30 years. He has worked with FSA for over 15 years growing our chemical business, selling for FSA in Alaska, Portland, Seattle and Spokane as well. Our Healthcare Specialist is an established professional in the Healthcare and Hospitality Businesses. He has a degree in Culinary Arts and is also a Certified Servsafe Instructor and a Certified Dietary Manager. An Associate with Food Services of America for the last 12 years, his title is Healthcare Specialist/ National Account Executive. He conveys the commitment of FSA to Quality Assurance and Customer Education. Our Bid Specialist started with FSA as a customer service rep in 1999. After four years she was promoted to the bid department as the Bid Coordinator. She was then promoted as the School and Bid Specialist three years later. She continues to learn and grow in her specialty area while providing the highest level of service. Our Beverage Specialists have been a dedicated, hard working team since 2000. Devoted to our customers and their successes, it's this group's expertise of coffee, juice and dish machine equipment that is second to none in our industry.
